Meet The CT Assist Team
Virginia has been home for Ben most of his life, spending the majority of that time in Hampton Roads and Harrisonburg. He went to Eastern Mennonite University for both undergrad and graduate school. After graduating undergrad Ben worked in admissions before making the transition to CT Assist as a Client Services Associate.
He is an avid sports fan cheering on his favorite sports teams especially the Michigan Wolverines and the Detroit Pistons. He is also an avid fan of Star Wars and consumes all the media surrounding it. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and their 7-year-old cat Kenna.
Bonnie was born and raised in Pennsylvania and now lives and works in the Shenandoah Valley near CT Assist headquarters. She brings a Master’s in Education with Certification in Brief Counseling, two years of professional Career Counseling, and three years of recruiting knowledge to the CT Assist team. Recruiting and helping others find work that supports their life is something that she prides herself in. She’s insistent about making the provider experience as positive and enjoyable as possible. Bonnie is caring and reliable for any support that may be needed.
In her spare time, Bonnie loves playing with her dogs, being with family and friends, and going on adventures with her son and partner!
Need to know: I am enthusiastically married to my wife Angela of more than 20 years. I can beat 4 of my 5 kids in a foot race. According to some friends, apparently my doppelganger is the entire cast of the Diesel Brothers. I love to travel, hike, mountain bike and LA Angels baseball.
Good to know: I have over 15 years in Healthcare Staffing. I pride myself in my ability to connect with people and treat them like they’re family (at least the ones you want to be around LOL). I am an introverted Recruiter (try to make sense of that one).
Daryl brings finance, technology and leadership experience to his role as CEO including an MBA at UT Austin followed by 8 years at Dell and 8 years as VP of Finance and CFO at Eastern Mennonite University. He’s known to geek out on spreadsheets and data analysis and thrives when utilizing his expertise to help our team, providers and clients make the best use of our shared resources. He is committed to championing our efforts to engage our values: relationships, trust and wisdom.
Daryl loves blueberry donuts, good coffee, and has determined that every day is a good day for Indian food. He and his wife enjoy keeping up with the activities of their three kids and find themselves particularly busy with baseball in this season of life.
Delight joined the CT Assist team upon graduation from Eastern Mennonite University. Her role includes payroll, invoicing, accounting, credentialing, and many other tasks that support the team, providers and clients. While attending the University of Dundee in Scotland for graduate studies in Accounting and Finance, she continues to support business operations.
Delight is an avid reader and also enjoys Korean Dramas. She regularly impresses the team with her intelligence, quick wit, and ability to quickly accomplish tasks. She hopes to return to her homeland of Ghana and apply her accounting and finance expertise to empower women and girls, making positive impacts locally and globally.
Esther joined the CT Assist team in March 2020, just weeks before COVID-19 shut down much of the country. She graduated from James Madison University (Go Dukes!) with an M.A. in English Literature where she researched the history of medicine and epigenetics. She used to write about healthcare, now she works to create more sustainable solutions for healthcare facilities. She is highly organized, dependable, and passionate about building relationships with clients.
Outside of work, Esther loves reading, baking, and running.
Heidi has called Virginia home for the majority of her life. After attending law school in North Carolina, Heidi returned to the Shenandoah Valley and began her career in higher education. In 2020 Heidi made the move to CT Assist as a Client Services Representative and spends the majority of her time building relationships with clients and problem solving to balance the needs of providers and hospital staff.
In her spare time Heidi enjoys spending time with her husband and their border collie mix, Daisy, and eating some of the best food Virginia’s culinary districts have to offer.
Jen fell in love with the Shenandoah Valley during college. Following grad school and consulting work in Lancaster & Atlanta, she returned in 2008. She has experience in both corporate and higher education settings and works hard to provide caring and professional service for her team, clients, and providers.
Jen was born and raised in Ohio (go Buckeyes!) and her husband and daughter are obsessed with Michigan (go Wolverines!) so sporting events in her house can be…interesting! Jen and her family also love Liverpool Football (YNWA!), Smith Mountain Lake, and spending time with family and friends.
Jody is originally from Pennsylvania, came to Virginia for college and stayed! She holds a BSN and worked as an RN for 23 years in the CCU/CVICU and nursing supervisor roles. Her detailed skills in organization and planning as well as her clinical experience are tremendous assets to the CT Assist Team.
Jody enjoys cooking, gardening, running, camping, hiking, fresh air, sunshine, and exploring new places. She manages stress by loving on her dog, 2 cats, and backyard chickens (but really wants an Old McDonald style farm with many more critters running around)! She and her husband stay busy with their 3 children, which mostly involves softball, volleyball, and football.
Krista brings HR, recruiting, and marketing experience to her role at CT Assist. She juggles many balls at one time as our primary contact for providers and hospitals throughout the credentialing process. She has a special knack for coming up with unique ways to show appreciation for our providers and clients.
Krista is a history buff and enjoys sharing fascinating yet many times unknown historical facts. She stays busy keeping up with her energetic pups, Quincy and Mae. When not chasing after them, she loves reading and has completed all of Agatha Christie’s 72 books!
Minnette joined CT Assist in 2016 after working as an HR Director, Consultant, and Legal Research Analyst (MedMal, PI, and Real Estate) for 16 years. As COO, Minnette navigates all the operational processes, strategies, compliance requirements, best practices, and goals with the CT Assist Team. With homes in both WV and VA, Minnette travels regularly between areas and enjoys traveling to meet clients and providers across the United States.
Minnette will fill moments of free brain space with a good book, any creative project, and activities with her husband and 2 adult children. Living part-time on Shepherds Field, an intentional community in WV, provides plenty of opportunity to marvel at creation and soak in the beauty of her mountain view.
Staci joined CT Assist in 2016 as the Manager of Credentialing Services and was key in developing the organization’s in-house credentialing and onboarding processes – utilizing her extensive Medical Staff and Master’s in Organizational Management and Healthcare Administration expertise. In 2020, Staci transitioned into APP and Perfusion Recruitment. It is her mission and true pleasure to assist providers in reaching their career and travel goals!
Born and raised in the PNW, Staci and her family have traveled extensively throughout the country and have lived everywhere from the Mojave Desert in California to Maryland and a few places in between. She loves to travel, entertain friends, and watch baseball and softball. Staci currently resides in southern Texas with her husband, their two children and pups Baylor Bear and Penelope Sparkles.
Toni was born and raised in West Virginia which is where CT Assist was originally founded and following college and a real estate career, she was our very first employee! She wears many hats for the team including travel and logistics, payroll, invoicing, and business operations. She enjoys welcoming providers to CT Assist, celebrating birthdays and special occasions, and designing logo gear that supports like-minded organizations.
Toni is proud of her Italian heritage and loves her family, friends, olives and cheesecake. But her greatest love is for her fun-loving and hardworking son who recently made his junior high soccer team as a 6th grader among a very large 8th grader try out pool!
Vince started his perfusion career in 1996 after completing his undergrad at UNC-Wilmington and perfusion training at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. He signed on with CT Assist in 2019 and splits his time between travel perfusion work and recruiting. His focus is on helping other perfusionists find travel or permanent positions that best fit their needs.
Outside of work Vince enjoys spending time with family and friends, biking, trail running and gardening.
