Part-Time Credentialing Assistant

CT Assist seeks a Part-Time Credentialing Assistant. This position supports the credentialing and onboarding process for healthcare providers and clinicians across the United States including physicians, advanced practice providers, perfusionists, nurses and techs.

  • Position type – hourly, part-time, $23/hour.
  • Schedule: as needed / as available, hours will flex up and down with the needs.
  • Harrisonburg, VA-based company – in person, hybrid, or remote.

The ideal candidate brings skills/experience in:

  • Hospital or healthcare staffing credentialing
  • HR/healthcare systems/credential verifications
  • Learning and utilizing new systems, processes, and business technology platforms
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Cross-departmental collaboration and communication
  • Managing multiple projects/workflows simultaneously
