Urologist
Start As soon as credentialed
Duration: 6 months
Shifts: Day 5×8-Hour (08:00 – 17:00)
In-Patient/Out-Patient
Washington state license required at time of present; IMLC accepted with letter of qualification in hand.
Cases/Procedures: Standard urology procedures in clinic and operating room including catheter placement, stent placement, cystoscopy, TURP, ureteroscopy, prostate biopsy, circumcision, shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), orchiopexy, TURBT, hydrocelectomy, spermatocelectomy, PVP, and litholapaxy. Applicant must provide documentation of 100 procedures representative of scope and complexity during previous 24 months. Da Vinci experience is a plus but not required.
