Job Summary

CT Assist seeks a part-time Recruiter. This position reports to the CXO of CT Assist. The Recruiter will work with leadership to source, engage, and place qualified candidates in roles for our clients.  

Position type: mid-level, exempt, salary, part-time, remote/hybrid
Schedule: part-time weekdays; occasional weekends

Key Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will be driven, outgoing, comfortable with change, have an entrepreneurial mindset, be confident with cold and warm outreach along with networking at industry events.  
  • The position requires a high level of professionalism as they will be communicating directly (voice, text, email) with highly educated professionals including physicians.
  • Travel to conferences.
  • Maintain a growth mindset and openness to other team member’s ideas and perspectives.
  • Complete CT Assist Team tasks as assigned (i.e. Intentional Engagement, professional development, performance management, etc.).
  • Manage and maintain all information and data pertaining to the leads pipeline within the current company CRM.
  • Manage multiple projects/workflows simultaneously.
  • Preferred position location in Harrisonburg, VA. Hybrid or remote work is an option for experienced candidates.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives, and exercise sound judgment based on company’s values, goals, and KPI’s
  • Create positive and effective working relationships with staff, providers, clients and prospects
  • Communicate effectively verbally, by phone, in person, and in writing
  • Embody motivation and solid work ethic
  • Utilize office laptop, other office equipment, Google Workspace programs, Microsoft Office programs, and other company software

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary of $15,000 to $20,000 (for quarter time role) plus commissions based on placements.
