  • Start: As soon as credentialed 
  • Duration: Ongoing 
  • Shifts: 5-7 days a month
  • Outpatient clinic, OR, and call coverage. After-hours calls starting at 5 PM. Ideally 5 consecutive days.
  • Provider must be licensed in Florida or hold an IMLC license.
