  • Full Scope CVOR / CVICU Advanced Practice Provider
  • M-F, 8a-5p
  • First assist and EVH required; perioperative and clinic coverage
  • 8-15 patients when covering inpatient; 17-18 patients when covering outpatient clinic
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Oklahoma

 

  • Salary set by facility, equivalent positions range around $120000 – $180000
  • Base salary + production incentive
  • CME/CEU Allowance
